How it works
From dataset to verifiable certificate.
Talksign Verify is the public face of the Talksign Marketplace licence registry. It lets anyone confirm that a dataset licence was genuinely issued by Talksign and is held by the named licensee.
01
Dataset is published
A dataset is added to the Talksign Marketplace, with documented modality, sign languages, sample counts, and provenance recorded under Talksign's ethical data framework.
02
A licence is purchased
A buyer completes a purchase on the Marketplace and selects a licence tier. The terms — scope, term, and any AI Training Add-on — are recorded against the order.
03
A certificate is issued
Talksign generates a Dataset Certificate PDF stamped with a unique certificate number (LIC-XXXXXXXXXX) and stores it in the licence registry.
04
Anyone can verify it
Buyers, partners, and the public type the certificate number here. We look it up in the registry and confirm the licence, dataset, and licensee.
What verification confirms
- The certificate number is real and was issued by Talksign Ltd at point of purchase on the Talksign Marketplace.
- The dataset and licensee match the original purchase record.
- The licence terms shown — type, scope, term, and any AI Training Add-on — reflect what the licensee actually purchased.
Verification does not display purchase amounts, transaction IDs, or contact details. Those remain private to the buyer and Talksign.
